2. Interview (for parents only)
One of Kigala’s goals is to build a community between our families. Therefore, our first admission policy is to interview every family applying to our program.  We do so as a way to exchange and share important information and values and most importantly, so that both parties are comfortable and confident that the arrangements will work. We will not accept any child into a group without conducting a complete interview first.

3. First school visit with child
The child and family come to visit the classroom for approximately an hour. The purpose of the visit is to acquaint the child with the school and the teachers. Parents stay with the child for the duration of the visit.

4. Second school visit with child (German immersion program only)
The child and family come to visit the classroom for approximately an hour. The purpose of the visit is to evaluate the level of fluency of the German language.

5. Enrollment Package
Once accepted into the program, the family will receive an enrollment package. All forms must be completed entirely and submitted along with any relevant documents e.g. immunization record, birth certificate, etc. prior to the start date of the child.
